National Debt

So I just looked at the national debt clock, (something every man should do). And it showed that every tax payer owes $130,000+ in debt through the government. Well I don't know about you, but I don't have $130,000 just laying around. I don't even make half that much is a single year. But liderals want to raise the debt cieling and continue increasing our national debt. But my opinion is we should leave the debt cieling where it is and focus on reducing spending. But apparently that is just wrong, we have to borrow money or the government can't pay it's bills. But that is strange, the government has made almost $3 trillion and yet can't afford to pay it's bills. No the truth is, Democrats know that in order to keep their socialist programs going, they will need more money than what the citizens of America will give. So they borrow it until they can convince the American people that raising taxes is the only way we can get out of this mess.
Now I do believe that we as a nation should realize that a raise in taxes may truely be needed to over some our mounting debt, but I strongly and whole heartedly believe that for every dollar in raised taxes, there should be ten dollars in spending cuts. But by raising taxes we would infact slow the economy even further. This is very unwise considering we have never left the recession like Obama so ignorantly believes.
It is time that these congressmen and women learn that in tough economic times, everyone must make sacrifices. So I would propose cutting politician salaries to that of US soldiers and require them to work all year. See they are making over $110,000 a year with full benifits for life and more vacation days than any other job in the US. I say, they should get the sme vacation days as the US military and have to take a cut in pay to the basic soldiers pay. Now I do know that some of the freshman Tea Party congressmen and women are not accepting any salary right now, but I do not agree with that either. I feel that if you are giving the time and effort you must be rewarded for that time.
But I know all the liberals out there would never agree to any of the things I have said here, except the higher taxes, supposedly on the rich, but I feel that we as conservatives and as real men should stand up to big brother and remind them that they work for us and they will do what we tell them to do.

So, why are professional atheletic unions the only unions in the nation that have different salaries for their members. Do they not play for a team, and no one player is any more important than another. therefore theyu should recieve the same salary if they are members of the union and should not have the riht to a private contract because they are protected under the union. If the NFL was smart, the only players represented by agents would be free agents and they would have no prtection under the NFLPA. And those members of the NFLPA could not go free agent without leaving the union. Then all union members would recieve the same annual salary based on years of experience and a seasonal bonus based on perfomance for the year. This would fix the problems between the professional atheltic unions, who think they can not only have the protection of a union but the right to an individual contract. If it was up to me, they would have to chose, job security with the union, or more money as a free agent.
